Tommy Westphall Universe
Tommy Westphall, an autistic child, was a minor character on the fictional television medical drama St. Elsewhere. In the final episode of that series, it is revealed that Westphall had imagined the entire series. If such is true, he also imagined all of the series where characters from St. Elsewhere had crossed into other series and also where other series' characters had crossed into St. Elsewhere.This is known as the Tommy Westphall Universe Hypothesis.
